You website / email & FTP accounts can all be managed via the cPanel Control Panel. Full details are included when your account is setup.

Domain names are recommended. We suggest that you purchase a domain name via 123-reg.co.uk , and point all DNS records to our server. Alternatively we can set up a domain on your behalf. Please ensure you specify this when ordering.

To claim your free domain name, you must first order a new domain through ourselves. Once your order has been completed you will receive a refund to your account for the cost of the domain name.

All web hosting accounts have FTP access to upload your site. If you are unsure how to use FTP then please see our Support section.
